So what does it mean if my piggy like pushes all his beddign away before he sits/lays down? He tends to move it all and just lay directly on bottom on cage? is that normal?

Some guinea pigs do that, it just depends on what they find comfortable to lay on. They dont always show the appreciation we expect for their bedding. One of mine pushes all the hay out of the way before laying down.
