My boar Conan had a lump about a year ago that we got checked out by the vet. the vet did tests and discovered it was a "sebaceous cyst" we squeezed it out and kept the gaping hole clean but now its come back and theres one above it to! we noticed them but they were both quite small. we've just come back from a week away and they grown and both have red 'bloody' tops. tried the squeezing ad bathing, a tiny bit of puss came out of one and nothing out the other. they are both quite hard. worried as I've just moved here( london) and am un-familiar with were the hell i am! back home i had a exotic pet specialist now i have worries! any advice is appreciated! :... :... :... :... :... :... Oh i have pics but dont know how t embed them! eeks!

They look like infected wounds to me. I'm not a vet but any piggy absesses I've seen are big, grape sized balls filled with puss. The fluid inside smells horrid and a lot comes out as well.
Is your piggy seen a vet and on antibiotics? Are * treating the wound with saline solution?

Thanks for your reply, I did all that earlier. I still had solution and 'germolene' achol free wipes so we got him cleaned up. He wasn't in pain and was quite contented to sit in the washing up bowl! Before I had to squeeze the white AWFUL smelling puss out, but this time..th lump were hard and nothing came out. :( theres a vets nearish me ( 5 mins bus journey) but I'm new here and i dont know if its any good.. :(((( stressed!
