Hi. Yesterday I put Burt and Bella out in the run whilst I cleaned their home out.
I noticed that Burt had stopped grazing shortly after being out and wanted to lay in his igloo house.
After about an hour, he was producing runny poos and had little interest in grazing or his surroundings.
I cleaned him up as he had it all over his feet and kept him off veggies, allowing him hay and pellets only, as I'd read some advice on here. I allowed him some cucumber incase he was dehydrated.
Today he is brighter but his poo is smaller compared to the long fat ones he produces and they are fairly firm. He also looks as though he is straining.
I am booking a vet visit to be on the safe side but if anyone in the meantime has advice as to what it could be or what I can do then I'd be very grateful.
His sister is fine, they have the same diet etc and he is nearly 4 months old.

His poo output today reflects his appetite from yesterday; it takes 1-2 days for food to be processed, depending on how sluggish or not the gut is. Please keep him off any fresh food, but top him up either with mushed pellets, recovery food or a mix thereof, as well as plenty of water to prevent dehydration.

All the best for tomorrow! I am glad that things are going in the right direction and that the poos are firming up again.

Thanks for reply. Keeping him off the fresh veg and he's eating his pellets and hay so appetite is improving. See what vet says tomorrow.
