Butter has a dirty nose!

Hi! My pig, Butter is 3 and I have noticed his nose looks a bit "dirty" and has been for a few days. It is dry and he does not seem to have any breathing difficulties and has nto been sneezing or anything. Any ideas?
 
It is brown but he had been in his hutch over night so not likely to be mud. Ta though.
