I have buttercups growing in my lawn. I was just wondering if they will do my pigs any harm as I can't seem to find out much about them. At the moment I am not putting the run near them but I'm running out of un-munched grass. I just can't remember what someone told me about them ages ago. Eek :{ Anyone know?

Guineas shouldn't eat buttercups. But I have many in my garden. I de-head them and never have a problem. :)

Virtually all poisonous plants will taste bad to a piggie and it will stay well away from them and not swallow them.

Mins have been happily grazing around buttercups for years. I prefer to pull them up, when I can, to give my grass a chance.

Not that you should rely on them staying away from them - there will always be one!
