Junior Guinea Pig
This is way overdue, but thought I would update you all on Luna's 'babies', born on the 14th November.
Me and my OH both agreed that if we could keep them both then we would. However, both babies turned out to be boys. After originally thinking we would not be able to keep either of them (due to already having two boars who do not get along), to our delight, the slightly older baby, who we've named Butters, had bonded really well with Paddy, so we have kept him.
The second baby, Aldo, has gone to a wonderful new home with my OH's boss and has become fast friends with an older boar whose brother had died. We went to visit him last week and are so happy to see that he is well loved and happy in his new home.
So here are some pictures I would like to share with you all!
Butters, in his favourite place.
Aldo, the day before he went to his new home.
Butters and Paddy.
Aldo with his dad, Dirk Piggler.
Bless Dirk! He was very patient even when his ear was being nibbled!
xx
