Buttons mouth is raw/cut

Well his eye started again at the weekend and it burst on Sunday night so my mum cleaned it all out. That's what the vet told us to do if it started again but now his mouth has a raw green cut in the corner of his mouth. My mum's just cleaned it and there was blood on the cotton wool. Any ideas of what it could be and should he get taken back to vets?
It's at the same side as the sore eye.
 
Forgot to add he is stil eating but is lying in is cage sleeping alot

He's got a very bad mouth infection and is on antibiotics for a week and to go back in a week unless it gets any worse. They don't want to operate on his eye again but they said it's going to be a chronic condition. So much has happened to him and he's only 7 months :(
