Bye bye bumbles

So my daughter rang me this afternoon and asked her dad to pick her up from the yard because they had been asked to leave as bumbles the oldest,sweetest horse on our yard was being pts
He was 23yrs old and a real gent,he would do anything to please anybody and his owner Frank loved him to death,he was spoilt rotten by everybody lol.
He loved going for hacks with frank in his full western gear a true cowboy
Goodnight sweet bumbles have fun over the rainbow bridge
I wanted to share this as a few months ago I lost the horse i used to loan,vinnie,he was again a fantastic friend and gave me the confidence to ride again after not riding for years.
I had a bad fall from a friends horse nearly a year ago now,i broke my arm and dislocated my wrist.Vinnie was going to help me start riding again but the weekend i was going to go ride him i was busy and then a few days later he was pts from colic I loved him like he was my own and I regret not going that weekend.

Thanks,yeah Frank's a tough guy but he was in floods of tears today at the yard,my daughter and her friend bought him some lovely flowersit just feels like he's been there for ever and now he's gone,sad.
