Hey,

I got my correx from here...

https://www.teacratepackaging.co.uk/correx-board-p-88.html
It's 2mm thick and is 2m x 1m. They come in black and only cost £4.99 each plus P&P, it was the cheapest I could find. I got two pieces and that was more than enough for my cage, shown below.

I ran out of the grids, hence the mdf at the top... doesn't look fantastic but does the job!

I am planning on adding an upper level to my C & C cage. Do you need to use anything to add extra strength to it? I'm worried that it wont be strong enough with just the cages.

It depend's how you make your cage mine need's no support other than having grid's all the way round and under the top tray (one grid missing for the ramp) use cable tie's rather than the connector's they are stronger and enable you to make more cage combinations

The bottom 4 grid's lift up as a door and there is storage for hay and food under the kitchen area

Thanks for that! I was thinking of a similar set up but half the size on the top level. :)
