the squares in the grids are 4 1/2 cm wide and long. Is that too big or normal sized? Also a pregnant piggie is coming into my care soon, will babies fit through that?

Which C&c Grids Are Piggy Safe?

For babies, you will have to babyproof the cage. Either by blocking off between the grids and coroplast tray with a taller piece of coroplast or cardboard, or overlap the grids to make the spacing smaller.

I have 8*8 are they okay?

I think you would need to overlap all the grids or make the walls high, else they might get their heads stuck or get out altogether

I had same grids, babies can get out and still got out when I over lapped the grids. You have to either build up the corex or I bought a Midwest cage until the babies were big enough for c&c
