How long does your Correx last in your cages/how often do you change it?

We've been using the same base for 15 months & it's still OK. Had to re-tape the ends a few times but the Correx should last indefinitely.

We use Dettol spray once a week, the type you'd use for baby's high chairs etc.

I've only had my C&C 6 months but it's still going strong. I use a 50/50 mix of white wine vinegar and water to clean. Read about it on here I think (or maybe Mumsnet?) and have found it better than any other cleaner for removing the wee stains which go white and solid. I used an empty Dettol spray bottle, rinsed it really well and filled it with the vinegar and water. Useful to have it as a spray.

We've had our correx for about five months and it's not even stained use safe antibacterial spray and sometimes hot soapy water if the weather is hot and it's looking a bit mucky in the corners. Makes me hate the bottoms of cages now as it's so much easier to clean!

What is the best thickness for correx? 2mm seems quite thin

Our pens have wooden bases (home built) and have lino fitted. Generally change it twice a year and spritz it on every deep clean with diluted F10 disinfectant.
I trust the F10 100%
