Don’t worry - we’re all learning here.
I’ve been given a lot of helpful information including don’t give them spinach every day - mine were upset at the removal of spinach from their daily veggies.

Most of us are still learning, and this just shows your commitment to do the best you can to be a good owner.
And it is good to have a few 'junk' foods to use when you need a real motivator for a poorly piggy.

Ours are very much on the green side of veg. Benito would kill for a bit of corn husk, Pewter & Buttons are carrot top junkies and Cornelius‘ favourite veg is... veg

However, they don’t like green pepper and the inside of cucumber doesn’t get the love & appreciation it deserves either. And as of a few days ago we have also decided that we don‘t like green beans anymore. Fussy monkeys!

I still learn something most days from this forum. That’s the nature of life. Today I learned you can get the inner tubes from rolls of carpet to make piggy tunnels. Genius idea.

Staples can come out and piggies like to chew cardboard and staples wouldn't be very good for chewing.

I wouldn't use staples as they could scratch your guinea pigs . Cardboard boxes are great.

Thank you for the links! I just thought that sticky tape on tissue boxes would be chewed so I staples would be better.
