To cut a long story short. My Guinea pig Amber has had a bust up with my neutered male Woody and has gotten her eye bitten.

The vet has given me antibiotics for her and to look out for any infections also to make sure she is eating and drinking as normal.

I've been asked to seperate her from the others to limit infection during her treament as there is to much poop in a group of 5's cage and will be increase the chance of infection. I would like to know if I can at least put her sister in with her as she looks so lonley and sorry for herself.

Also, when here treatment is finished will I be able to introduce her to the others again?

I can't see it hurting to let her sister be with her.......it's nothing contagious. Re the rebonding...... you'll have to start all over again, from what i've read on previous threads.

i really would put her back in with the others, keeping her out will let the group reform whos boss in the dominance pack and when she goes back in it will be broken up again and thats when bickering will occur as every body will be trying to be boss.
put her in.

You have to keep her away from the others as the risk of infection is high. I understand she is lonely. Give her a soft toy for company. Hopefully she will be healed soon and can go back with her friends. You may have to rebond them but fingers crossed they will be okay. I would not put her sister in with her as she may lick the eye and it can get infected. It really is best for her to be alone for now.
