Hi as I only got my baby pigs the other day and at the moment they are in a Nero 2 cage which I already had in my loft.
I will need to update their cage within the next few weeks as this size is far to small for 2 guinea pigs even with all the floor play time they get!
I would like one that is on wheels/stand and would two level one would be any good ? As then this wouldnt have to be so long.
When I had my rescue I had a double hutch but they wouldnt go up stairs!
Any ideas would be great but I dont like the C & C cages!
I havent got loads of money spare (who has) but still need the best for my boys!

I had two of my piggies in a Nero 4 (and my single boy in a Nero 3). They're not cheap, but you can also get a stand for the Nero 4. I never had a two level one, so don't know anything about them. I really liked the Nero cages, as they were so easy to clean, also with doors in both the front and top, I found that meant easy access.

I don't know if it's still available, and can't remember the location, but I'm sure there was a Nero 4 with stand for sale in the Forum a little while ago - have a look in that section.

If you can get the cages, then you can make the stand yourself - like an aquarium stand, if you are handy! (or anyone else in your family!). Or you could always pop the cage onto a table.

Otherwise you could convert a buffet stand into a hutch....take the paneling off the doors and add mesh instead and saw a hole into the shelf and add a ramp, even an old wardrobe would do the trick.

i put my c&c cage on decorating tables, plenty of space underneath for storage x
