This is where the trio waits for me to clean their pen! This has proven the easiest way to get them out. I just "encourage" them to go into the hay bin and lift it all out. They stay in it even though they could easily jump out.

First dropcloth

Then inco pads (95x95 and, may I add, NOT identically sized!)

Fleece

IMG_4868.jpg
Fence (this is a hamster playpen. I will make a proper collapsible pen from wood and perspex when I find the time...)

Complete with piggies!

Oooooh, that looks so nice, those lovely thick warm inco pads, lucky guineas! Might have to look at getting mine some of those. Mine are on cardboard, old carpet, and fleece. Awww, poor little things. :))

Wow it looks great! Let us know how they worrk out for you.

That looks fabby and aren't your piggies good! I block the door to the kitchen and furby will break out if you leave her two long.

I love your floorboards!

Those little houses with fleece roofs are great too... I think I wan to move in with your pigs!

Oh great pen your piggys have! :)

I too love your floorboards, your very brave letting your pigs wee on top of those even with all that protection! :))

Petra, I can't see all the pictures :( But the ones I can see look great! Your kitchen looks lovely and I can't believe your piggies are so well behaved that they stay in their hay tray :)

And your fleece is fab!

x)x)x)

that looks lovely I cannot believe that they haven't discovered the art of pushing the bars away to escape yet though! my naughty george shoves anything that he thinks is in his way including things which cannot be moved :))

Fab setup :)

With re-uploaded pictures... :)

Ooooo can see all the pics now :) Looks great! I love your enclosure, I don't think of it as a cage, it is more a pen.

What is your opinion of the pads when they arrived?

They were heavier than I thought they would be, which is probably the waterproof backing. They were also a bit uneven in size. I guess it doesn't matter if it's 92x97 instead of 95x95 if you are putting it on a bed, but in a cage it can matter. Only two were off sized though and I'm planning to have two for "cuts" anyway as I bought 6 and need two at a time. I will cut the wings off tomorrow and wash the ones I'm not currently using.

Great setup! I'm still waiting to see how you get on while I'm saving up for the inco pads (spent too much on ops and new piggies lately!)
