Calendar for Birthdays - HELP

I like to think I am technology literate but can't get my birthday on the calendar on the forum - can someone please do it for me - its Hels 21st August and I will be a very youthful 45 in 2008.

You have to go to Profile, then on the left profile information you can fill in your birthday there.
