Callie is peeing blood

Hey guys, So far things have been good with Callie. But the last probably 3 or 4 days I've noticed shes been peeing blood. I have no idea what to do. Her outcome is already so grim I dont want to put her through anymore vet vists and shes on such a strong pain med that I dont think its hurting her.
Her pee is very white(she did have green kale today though) and red. Its been red for a few days now though. And sometimes theres dry blood on her bottom. I'm thinking of calling my vet tomorrow and asking for advice. (theyre closed right now and I just got home about an hour ago.)

Just a recap on what happened, Callie was diagnosed with 2 and a half inch by 3 inch growing fiberus mass in her uterus. We discovered this on the weekend of fathers day. The vets said she has anywhere from 2 months to 2 years left. Shes on a drug called buprenorphine and its pretty much a miracle drug. Its done wonders for her. Shes actually squeaking and popcorning again which is something I didnt think I'd see! Hence why I'm so confused as to what to do. I'm just wondering what you guys think I should do and if anyone has any advice for me

@Sarah-sore It might be from the tumour. Other than suggesting a vet visit for a checkup and possibly antibiotics I can't offer any advice, sorry.

I agree that seeing a vet is your best option. It could be from the tumour or
she could have a uti which will need antibiotics

Our Fudge has a bladder tumour which caused her to have blood in her urine, the vet said it would always just be there until she passed away unfortunately Good luck! x
