Hi!

About the shampoo I cannot give you any name of brands because you would not find them in your country. But don't be worried about the fragrance when you buy a good product (not necessary expensive) approved for babies and delicate skins. I regularly wash the butt of my piggies and I did it also long ago with another piggie; long ago I used to use Baby Shampoo Johnson which now is not adviced even for children because it is not true that its ingredients are safe; but my piggie had never had problems.
Now with my sows ( and they need a complete bath once a month because they become totally dirty and smelly weeing on their own fur, in fact the water comes out totally brown during the bath) I am using a CHEAP but very good soap whose list of ingredients seem to be good. No parabens, no fragrance, no SLES/PEG, no alcol and so on. I have checked the ingredients online and they result all in "green". I am sure that you also can find a very good product into some supermarket and without even spending a fortune.
Consider that all the soaps are tested on animals (usually rabbits) and products on sale are safe. I have never heard of any irritation and here people wash pets very often, especially their butts and almost nobody buy specific products.
This below is the list of ingredients of my soap

look on Google for the list of INCI ingredients of your soaps.
A soap for newborns should always be good.
My sows like the bath... I have found two different methods for them. Last time my Calipso relaxed and closed even her eyes, with all her four legs dangling from my arm. Unfortunately I had no camera with me! She was enjoying the fact that I poured from above some very warm water from a glass, directly and along her spine

just like a spa! and she fell asleep.
For a butt bath it is easier.
These below are the sows after their last (absolutely necessary) bath. Osvaldo, the male piggie does not need any bath.
