Can Anyone Help Tell Me What This May Be?

As you know Oreo has been not feeling the greatest and has had a rough week from going to the vet and then not pooping or eating..Tonight as I was syringe feeding him and massaging his stomach i noticed some white around his bum and this is what I found...is this normal and if not could this be a reason why he isn't pooping still?

It looks like he has a pouch full of gunk and stuff, which can become very painful when it builds up and gets infected. You may want to the help of a vet to have it cleaned out properly and if necessary an antibiotic.

I have been cleaning it with mineral oil and he is still on baytril

Oh poor fella I hope he feels better soon, it must be a poorly oreo month my oreo is poorly too. *hugs*
