Can anyone reccomend a water bottle that actually works?

I've recently bought a Trixie glass water bottle as I've heared good things about the glass bottles.

Yesterday I noticed Mini G was having an issue getting water from it so I took it out and pressed my finger against the ball and hardly any water was coming out. I tried it with the bottle full and the bottle half full and still NOTHING! The only way I can get a decent amount of water out of it is if it's just the spout and not actually attatched to the bottle! Which is obviously no use to me!

I've put my old plastic bottle back on the cage untill I find a better one as I still don't think they are able to get enough water out of it! I even saw Ginny licking the drips off the side of the cage where some of the water had gone when I put the bottle back on! That can't be good!

Can any one give me some suggestions?

I like the super pet glass bottles - on ebay or pets at home sell them too
I also like savic biba bottles, their spouts are longer than the classic bottles so they are easier for animals to drink from, critter canteen bottles are also good IMHO.
 
I like super pet glass water bottles too. My old plastic bottle had some kind of spring in the spout and then a ball instead of two balls. My piggie would also knock the old water bottle off the cage. THIS IS WHY YOU NEVER BUY A PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE FROM KAYTEE! Of course, I might of just got a bad copy, but probably not. The super pet glass bottle has a yellow ducky that floats in the bottle so you can see how much water is left. The new water bottle also has clips that clip on to the cage so unless you undo the clips, they cant knock off the bottle. No hooks!
 
I use Ezi filla bottles from John Hopewell (Google them, they are based in Rotherham and do mail order) for my piggys and rats and wouldn't use anything else, they are fab.

They don't drip and have a cap on the top so you don't always need to remove the bottle from the cage to fill
 
I have 4 of these and find them great. Only 1 ever leaked and the shop replaced it no problem. It attaches on the outside of the cage and fills from the top. So less space and don't need to unattach to fill up. Also much easier to clean than a bottle type. I pop mine in the top rack of the dishwasher.
