Hello Everyone!

I'm in cornwall and the pet store in my town are rubbish!

They sell for cats and dogs but not my little gigglepigs!

The closest store is in truro p@h and they dont have a huge range of goodies for my babies!
Also breaks my heart having to walk past animals for sale 8... knowing that I cant bring them home with me!

So I have searched online but I wondered if anyone had a favourite that I should try!

i've used zooplus there quite good dont know of anyothers
but if your wanting little chairs or toy things ebays good

Hello Tori,

I'm not quite an on-line pet shop yet lol, but I do also sell Timothy Hay and wooden toys in addition to the cozies: http://cavycozies.webs.com/apps/webstore/

The wooden toys are a massive unexpected hit with my piggers: they have had one in their cage for 36 hours and have already stripped off a lot of food colouring. I can make you two smaller ones for the same price as a larger one. They can be put on the floor of the cage or hung up on the cage/hutch sides.

Let me know if you'd like either of those in addition to the cozies you would like to order. Also, if you're keen to receive some more cozies soon, let me know by Friday and I will be able to post on Monday as I did this week. I would recommend some all-fleece ones unless you are desperate for a pattern as they will wear very well. XL is my preferred: they are soooo cushy! Grey/petrol, blue/turquoise, pale blue/latte are good combinations for boys. Shades of grey is also a very good choice: see the tunnel pic on my website.

I have made piggy sofas in the past and I have a limited amount of foam to make into chairs. Let me know if that might be of interest and I will give you priority.

Pollie.

A lady who is hopefully adopting two piggies from Becklen this week, just had half a cage delivered from Pet Planet :{ maybe not a good recommendation x

i had hay from them and it was full of moss and brambles they wouldent refund me they wanted me to post it back to them i contacted the makers spillars and they replaced it for me i also brought a ferplast rabbit cage from there and the base was broken in the corner so the top dident fit properly i have at last today recieved a new base i have regularly shopped with them but i very much dought i will again

I will second the Pampered Piggies :) Delivery is always quick from there and the piggies love the loofah toys and the paper bags/tunnels! Always well worth the money :)

I also order from the hay experts :) x

I can recommend Pet Supermarket. (www,pet-supermarket.co.uk)

I ordered a new indoor cage for Shimmer and Clover (Becklen rescues) on Sunday night and it was delivered at 8.20 yesterday morning. I ordered some Excel pellets as well so managed to get free delivery on the order.

They do a price match promise and also have a 28 day, no quibble returns policy.

I will third Pampered Piggies! They have a great range of treats and natural toys too :) Plus the service has always been second to none!

P@H do have a mail order service (although I have never used it sound I can't vouch for it)

And i shall fourth pampared piggys, but be warned you can end up spoiling your piggys as soon as you see all the products they offer! :)) They offer fantastic delivery and the products are mostly natural and healthy. My boys love their willow toys from there and the aunt sally bags of treats. I love that site!

The naturals range is also nice too and as the name state's most of those products are natural. :)

Ive also used zooplus and vetuk, they are very good and delivery is reasonable and quick too.

Thankyou everyone!
My day will be taken up looking around these sites!

I do find P@H limited and never seem to have anything new and exciting!

I'm in much need to toys for my ickle darlings!

I cant help spoiling my ickle darlings! I spend far too much time trying to find things for them but dont want for them to get bored!
The girls have had a willow toy, they loved it well Betty did anyways! Sunny and Sooki are more interested in the new soft bear I have put it the cage!

Teddy and Mouseybrown have a ball with a bell in and seem to play chicken with it! At 8 weeks old they are so little and the ball is causing great interest, they push it with their nose it chimes and then they run then go back to it! Silly boys!

I just bought a pile of stuff from EquineCanineFeline for the pigs and rabbit. They have reductions on their rabbit and cavies section. Plus they have a nice selection of stuff. Also, at the checkout, put in FUN88 for 10% discount :)

Not sure if this was me, but I did order from Pet planet and the two long panels of the centre section were missing. To be fair to PP they did replace the cage the following day and are sending a courier tomorrow to pick up the other cage. They told me to hang on to the first cage incase any parts were missing from the second and so hopefully I would have enough parts to complete the cage rolleyes. From reading their feedback it would seem missing parts are a common occurence :{ So maybe not the best company to order cages from.

I've never ordered a cage from them but I've ordered loads of other stuff and there's never been a problem. I would have thought missing parts might be down to the manufacturer of the cages and not Pet Planet.

I recently bought a hamster cage (not from there though) and there was a part missing but luckily I just used the same part from the old cage I had in place of it to save any hassle.

I can't see past Pampered Piggies - they have such fantastic things for guinea pigs.

http://www.petplanet.co.uk/ is a good one and if you spend over £29 you get free postage. They also don't have surchages for heavy stuff.

i second pet planet, i've used them dozens of times and they've always been brill. sometimes you get to chose a free gift too, they get five out of five paws from me!

I've used pets@home. I've gotta say they really aren't that great. their hay had old bits of burnt bin bags in it and part of a metal clothes hanger in it! they did give me a refund though, so i guess that's ok. just would've rather had decent hay so my piggies didn't have to suffer less hay for a couple of days!

The box that the cage was delivered in had printed on it Ferplast casita X 3 which I took to mean that Ferplast must deliver to distributers in sets of 3 and then the distributor separates into single cages - if I'm right on this then it is Pet Planet who were at fault and not Ferplast. As stated though PP soon rectified their mistake, but there were 3 others who stated in their feedback that there was missing parts. Have sent for accessories and food etc in the past and not had a problem though, but cages I would be a bit wary

Another that does free shipping over £29 with no hefty charges for heavy deliveries is http://www.k9capers.co.uk - They use ParcelForce for delivery but without the need for a signature, so it doesn't matter if you aren't home, they will find a safe place to leave it. Great for ordering big bags of food or hay.
