Can anyone recommend hay from a local farm?

Hi,

We’ve been buying meadow hay bales from the same farm for a while now but the quality has recently changed.

Can anyone recommend any farms in Merseyside, Cheshire or Greater Manchester that sell good quality hay suitable for guinea pigs?

I don't really know any farms, but I buy hay from a shop. It's super good quality and it's also pretty cheap. I buy something called 'mountain hay' and my guinea pigs love it so much. They jump around in excitement every time I give them the hay.

And I am pretty sure you can buy this hay in any animal shop. I would totally recommend it

I use Leighs animal feeds near Winnick in Warrington, and Happy Feeds in Bolton. I go to Happy Feeds the most but Leighs hay is nice too.

Thanks for this info, it’s really helpful. I live really close to Leigh’s animal feed, I’ll give them a try
