Can gp's eat strawberry stalks

i always used to take them off thinking they were poisonus lol

but they aint my lot love them!
 
Just thought I'd update on this . . . I usually cut the stalks off but after posting this thread I left them on and guess what . . . the fussy lot ate the strawberries and left the stalks lol!
