Can Pigs live on microfiber mats as I have seen it is very cost effective and can get cleaned without much effort?

Mine have them in their cage on top of fleece cage liners. The liners are made with fleece an absorbent layer (zorb or cotton mattress protector or similar) and another layer of fleece.
The microfibre mats help the liners to last longer as they absorb some of the wee but do need changing every couple of days.

Same here; I have mine on top of fleece and use it as an enrichment/enhancement to their cage rather than a base - but I don't see why you couldn't use it in replace of fleece. You'll still need something to go underneath it.
