Can Guinea Pigs Catch E-cuniculi From A Poorly Rabbit?

My rabbits currently poorly with suspected e-cuniculi, waiting on test results to confirm,
My question is..
Are my Guinea Pigs in danger of catching it too?
Obviously their houses in seperate rooms while she is sick and I'm taking precautions in terms of hygiene but while my rabbit is inside she's using fleece and towels which my GP's usually use,
Should I be only using these for her now or can I wash it and they'll be safe to use for the Guinea Pigs?
