Can guinea-pigs eat chinese lettuce?

We had some leftover from tea and I was going to give it to the guinea-pigs but I'm not sure if its OK for them to eat?

My boys have it, they only get it once in a while but really like it. Ive had no problems. I'm sure its on the shopping list.

I wouldn't give it too often, but it's ok once in a while.
