Mine hate courgettes! Every now and then I sneak some in their bowl as I eat them quite often but they just throw them about.

mine aren't bonkers(!) about corriander but they eat it, especialy with spinach, i am sure they like carrot leaves, we soon have some, i recon all guinea pigs like carrot leaves! anyway cya!p!
