Can Guinea Pigs Have Bad Dreams?

So I've just done my weekly clean out which makes the pigs popcorn like crazy and then they all go snoozing, but today Patch a 5 month old girl was fast asleep when she started making a really quite squeak and little kicks, i watched her for a minute but i was worried about her so i stroked her until she woke up and she gave me the stink eye and dozed back off!

I was just wondering was she dreaming?

I'm not sure but mine often flap their ears whilst asleep? Maybe they do?
