Can Guineas Eat.....

Just wondering if guineas can chew/eat apple and pear branches?

Apple tree branches or twigs definitely but don't know about pear.

OK I was pretty sure about apple too... I just wonder about pear because I have access to a lot of both.

Ik they can deffs eat apple! I'm sure I have some pear twig down in my draws x it's not boxed up though but I'm sure it is! Y don't u google it x

Pear is fine as well; pear and apple are closely related, but pear trees are much rarer.

You can also feed the leaves. Please keep in mind that the leaves are quite high in calcium so they are not advised for piggies with bladder/urinary problems, but they are fine for others. They were certainly a great hit with mine when we still had a access to my mother-in-law's apple tree!

Are other trees ok? I have a weeping willow and cherry tree is either ok?

Willow is fine, any stone fruit trees (like cherry) not.

OK thank you! I didn't plan on giving them the leaves just some sticks/twigs/small chunks to chew

I did Google but all I could find was about pears not pear branches. Just shows Google doesn't know everything lol
