Can I put my sick piggie with my healthy piggie?

There is a chance that your other pig will get it, but also there is a chance that your poorly piggy will get bullied as there is an instinct in piggies to oust an ill one from the herd so it doesn't attract predators. It's not nice but it is understandable from a piggy's point of view.
