I don’t have the money right now to go to a vet So I googled it and it says I can use it on dogs and cats with Conjunctivitis but I can’t find anything that says I can use it for guinea pigs (please help me I’m very stressed out)
We cannot recommend any treatment without first consulting a vet. It is very dangerous to treat at home without a correct diagnosis and treatment plan agreed. If you are in the UK could the PDSA vets be an option? Or perhaps asking the vets to do a payment plan?
I wouldn't use it. You haven't had a diagnosis, so whether or not it's safe, you could be treating the wrong thing. Why not ask the vet if you can have a payment plan?
You really should see a vet.
It’s much better to get a proper diagnosis and treatment early on.
Vet costs are part of the commitment we make when we take on pets.
My dad got the guinea pig on a whim because his previous owner was neglecting him, The money I had saved up all went to my rabbit who I got neutered (Little over 300 bucks) so I'm A little broke at the meantime animal shelter is almost 4 hours away I'm just very stressed out I do not want the guinea pig to suffer, again my dad got him out of nowhere so I was not prepared. The guinea pig did have matted fur, very long nails and mange but thankfully I took care of that! I think I have conjunctivitis but I'm not a vet so I could be wrong. I guess my only choice is to take him to the animal shelter ... but thank you guys for being so kind.

Is your dad able to help with the costs of visiting the vet? I'm sure with a visit, diagnosis and the medication the piggy will start to make a quick improvement
