Can my guinea pigs catch my sinus/ ear infection once I have antibiotics?

I was sick all weekend with what I thought was a nasty virus. I went back to the doctor only to find out it was really a sinus and ear infection. I haven't held my piggies in days and it makes me sad. When do you think it's safe to hold them again?
I had my first antibiotic dose last night and just had my third with dinner tonight.

Please practise good hygiene (hand washing and keep handling to a minimum) while you are on the antibiotics.
