Can my piggies eat these?

Good morning and Happy Christmas all!

Some advice please. My friend has bought Toffee and Biscuit a Christmas present (see pic) It says they're suitable for guinea pigs but I'm pretty sure they're not. what do you think?

It has seeds and nuts so that’s a no I’m afraid.

Not suitable for piggies, but when well meaning relatives buy this sort of thing I usually put them out for the birds so they dont go to waste- pop them out on a windowsill or fence post and I bet the birds will be very pleased!
