I was wondering if anyone knew the answers to this!
I've noticed sometimes my boys get grouchy with each other when they are due a feed and then when they've been fed everything goes back to normal!? Has anyone else experienced this?

Yep lol. Ginny will grumble and run outside the cage while I'm trying to clean the cage minutes before feeding

Haha I think in my case the pigs are like their owner lol! I normally get accidentally bitten if they're so ravenous too!

Nothing wrong with a piggy's internal clock. My Mischief would sit by me feet punctually a quarter before feeding time. Five minutes before the hour, she'd start an increasingly louder and more insistent wheeking alarm.

I have several piggies where I have to make sure that my fingers are well away at the far end of their veg as they take no prisoners. Some even climb on their mates' back.

While hay makes the vast bulk of their daily food intake, veg and pellets are much awaited special occasions. Any delay is not at all appreciated.

My 2 are sat waiting by the fridge every morning from 7am and every evening from 5pm. If I'm not on time they will pace the floor back and forth, running back to me then back to the fridge, if I'm not quick enough they start rumbling and squealing as if to say "hurry up!" :P Then they'll grab the food off me and run off like they're annoyed with me for taking so long

I've been "told off" for being late with the dinner, for feeding the wrong one first, been given death stares, the works.

Like I'm really sorry guys, but if I need the toilet, that takes precedence over your dinner. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Mine don't get grumpy, but they definitely get loud and impatient when they are waiting on food!
