So I managed to get some grass, broad leaf plantain, some white clover leaves and flowers, dandelion flowers and a few leaves and some cleavers. Other than that, I think I also got common vetch, (sticky mouse-ear) chickweed and marsh violet.

Are these all safe? And could anyone confirm I identified correctly? I think so but you can never be too careful. I’m going to try drying all as I don’t have piggies yet. (I’m going to be the crazy pig lady soon aren’t I? I’m already preparing 😂).

I’ve never seen the Marsh Violet so don’t know if it’s safe, but vetch is from the pea family so that should be fine. I collect all the others too and fed them fresh. They will be fine to dry, store in a dry place in paper bags, not plastic ones

I’m going to store in a cardboard box probably. Going to try have a big box full by winter. I also will have to put like a billion of those desiccant packets in there with them as we have really really humid summers. I guess I’ll have to see if they survive. Mould grows on everything here. It will be a good test run 😁 (hopefully I’ll get some piggies by winter though).
