Can they escape from c and c pens?

I think it depends entirely on your piggies. I’ve seen a Houdini pig here manage to get under cable tied grids but it did take several efforts and made a fair bit of noise so you’d have warning. And another little jumper would shin over them if you left anything near the sides that they could climb into and then leap over. So like @Lady Kelly suggested, keep any boxes or hides away from the sides. But in fairness a middle aged pair of sows are not usually the best escape artists!

Dearly departed boar did climb a c and c when he was young, but indeed, no sign of any acrobatics from the 2 girls :))
But yes I didn't clock that I'd set up a box to box escape route! 👍

Red, Caspy and now Nugget assisted and shown by Caspy can lift the grids and wiggle under if there is no Corex liner up the sides, none of my others have tried. These 3 are slim agile boars though!

I think Red is the original guilty party, he used to live with Caspy until he nipped his bum a bit to hard and drew blood. Caspy hid in corners from him and was very scared after that so I had to seperate them. It was such a shame, they were a lovely pair until Red got carried away. Red is an ASBO pig, a real trouble maker. He also taught Caspy and Brillo to bite the bars of the cage, Caspy has taught Nugget, it's bedlam here if they think food is in the offing.
