Can They Have?

I read that piggies can have corn husks! Is this true?

Yes, that can - but I'm not sure how frequently we'd advise .......

Ok- thanks. I think I read that they can have them 2-3 times a week- cld be wrong though. Just was wondering as we were eating corn on the cob and holding sunshine and she took the skin from the corn that was on the corn still. She gobbled it up before I could get it from her.

It'seems not a good idea for guinea pigs to eat any sort of cooked veg - but I don't think such a small quantity will do her any harm .

It wasn't the corn it's self they were eating- was the silk she was eating- understand the cooked vegs though.

Mine love the husks and silks, and I think they are better for guinea pigs than the sweetcorn itself.
