COVID-19 Can we have a list of ways we can help the community?

Sorry if this is not OK to post here but thinking about how we can help each other/ the vulnerable through this crisis, not necessarily money based as not everyone can but maybe a list of ways we can look out for the vulnerable as the world goes mad?
Offer to talk to those in isolation (phone, email, online)
Donate food to food banks/ animal shelters/ nursing homes (if your able)
Only buy what you need so there's enough to go round
Offer to do shopping for someone in isolation

Whatever you can add?

Send letters to care homes (like a pen pal thing) for those who's family cant visit

Lookout for Facebook groups in your area organising volunteers to fetch shopping, dog walk for elderly etc.....

Phone calls will be very important to those who are alone in their isolation, particularly the elderly.
Be aware of the needs of the handicapped who won’t necessarily understand why their usual activities are being cancelled.

Adding to @sport_billy ’s links consider contacting local churches who have policies and processes in place as well as knowledge of people who could use support
