My little fighter fudge has been through the mill lately.. Fighting heart failure, losing her hair then diagnosed with struggling kidneys.. Results last week showed they where now in failure levels- normal is up to 0.5, failure is around 2.. fudge was at 1.6, 1.3 after tweaking her meds then sadly 2.5 at her results last week. I was devastated. We treated for a UTI as this can affect levels, and i had found blood in her urine via dipstick.

A week of antibiotics and fudges levels are now 0.9! I am unbelievably happy right now, cried from relief! It looks like there was infection afterall, and her kidneys are not in failure.

I am so pleased @Adelle you keep fighting so hard for her and little Fudge is such a sweetie, a true battler. I am really made up for you. On this forum we read of such heartache all the time it is nice to get some good news. Love to little Fudge x x
 
OMG, such great news! I'm really happy for you Adelle. Fudge is amazing! Hugs to both of you :hug:
 
:D Hoooray! Looks like the Guinea pig god/goddess is looking after Fudge after all! Get in there, girl! :box::box:
