CANT OPEN PACKET CRISPS WITHOUT GUILT,

I can't open the kitchen door into the shack at the back without setting Meg's earpiercing WHEEK! off. Not that I'm complaining. She has only just started in the last 7 days or so to start wheeking again since we lost Dennis and Christian 5 months ago. It's awful quiet when you don't get any noises at meal times or any time really.

Yes I'm loving having wheeks again. When I just had my older pair of boys they stopped. So it just makes me laugh and smile and I hope it never ends.
Husband however might prefer it to be a bit quieter when he’s working and I’m only nipping up for the loo! 😂

If you posted this news elsewhere I'm sorry I've missed because that's great news.
Meg wheeeking is brill news Jackie, , oh I bet you chuffed,
I'm like you missing a recent lost piggie , , its great to hear Mavis squeak etc as its comfort for Mrs Dougal

It’s like the guinea pig alarm system in our house. Evie may be losing her vision, but her hearing remains as acute as anything. I can’t walk past the doorway to the piggy room without finding her up,at the bars, gnawing away for attention. And that sets Hazel off. Hazel is wheakiest piggy we have ever had. Loud, persistent little pickle of a piggy.

At least the piggies are confined. If I try and have a snack now I have a toddler with impeccable hearing that appears and screams for some :)) and if I wait til she's asleep then the dog comes and sits right next to me licking his lips. Can't go outside to hide either as that does then set the pigs off
