My boys go mad for kale! I know that its quite high in calcium aslo when you first start feeding it give in small amounts, as it could cause bloat/gassy stomachs.

But its also on the daily list of veg. :)

I feed kale everyother day and give 10g of it to my boys with no problems. :)

It is a variety of Kale, yes, and should be treated as such diet wise.

Yes but fed in moderation it will be fine and its on the daily list and it isnt as high as parsley i believe. As according to the ratewatchers diet which i now follow, you can feed kale every day (10g i give my two) but parsley/spinach about 2-3 times a week as it contains more oxalates.

:)
