So Jack is still responding well to his meds, no issues and has clearly got the hump with me since he was quite feisty taking his syringes this morning. Well very actually.
He had a little ride out to the office again and was duely picked up at 9.20am and was settled into his weekend hotel.
I managed to obtain a further prescription of meds just in time late last night and he has those with him.
He is already melting the hearts of his carers! Being spoilt rotten and eating with gusto but remains off veggies at the moment.
Here’s the little fella enjoying his ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ Hotel

I'm so glad that Captain Jack is feeling so perky and I'm sure he will continue to improve at his 5 star holiday lodgings!

Looks more than 5 stars to me.
Hope he has a really good weekend and is much improved when you get back.
I hope you have a good weekend too

He's 6.5 yrs young.
He is currently in transport back to me and I'm really looking forward to seeing him. He's had a superb nurse and been reliably informed he's gained 40g which I'm amazed at. I'll keep him indoors at the moment until I feel he's made enough improvement and he can get extra cuddles and naughty nibbles.

Will share some photos when the little man is back with me....excited. :bronco:

Glad to hear Captain Jack is going well.
Hope you had a good weekend
Well not really since I fell over on Friday night and fractured my foot and now on crutches so I’m hobbling around but that’s okay, stuff happens and it’s not the end of the world.
I’m exhausted and thanks to a certain wonderful friend in the forum Jack is back home and tucking into his food. Will be doing some observations for a few days since I shall be at home resting the foot.

I knew The Captain would be well looked after. I got a couple of piccies on WhatsApp of the lovely Captain too - bonus!

Oh no. that's bad news about your foot. hope its not painful. Guess that's a dumb statement Dave. lol.
Pls Captain Jack doing ok. x

Well at least I know his diet has been doing okay, he certainly has a very healthy appetite since coming home.
He's staying indoors for a few days longer so I can observe and give him extra love and attention because clearly he was feeling very cherished in his temporary home.

Love all the good wishes x
