Carefresh Ltd being dissolved

I've just seen a report on Facebook that Carefresh Ltd is being dissolved. I looked on companies house website and it says 18th June 2019 it will be dissolved.
I have no knowledge of business but I know this can't be good. Does this mean no more carefresh?
Hopefully someone cleverer than me can explain what it means?

I know there were supply problems last year so not the biggest surprise, but there’s no statement or news report about it at all so hopefully they’ve just restructured and the company being dissolved is one they’re no longer using for trading.

I’d say don’t panic yet!
