Sarah from Chucklebunnies
Adult Guinea Pig
Carmilla has left us. She came through the op yesterday to remove a trapped bladder stone but had lost a lot of blood and was very weak when she went into surgery. Unfortunately she decided not to stay with us and during the day today she has gradually slid away from us. The vet has tried everything, to no avail. I do trust that vet, she is good and knows about piggies. My big white girl has decided enough is enough. So be it.
With Columbine (RIP) last spring
Being bathed last Christmas
With Carmina (RIP) from 2010
When she first arrived as a little girl in early 2008
I will miss her all the more because I was not prepared for her death. The first signs of any trouble was Sunday afternoon - this has been too fast. She will stay in my avatar for some time yet I think
