Caron's Cavies
Adult Guinea Pig
Hello everyone,
Finally, here are the pictures that I promised. There was a slight delay as the cord for my camera was chewed by a certain guinea pig who shall remain nameless (cough Elvis) and so I had to search for a way to get the pictures off of my camera and onto my computer. However where there's a will there's a way - so here they are! Hope you enjoy
Here is my beautiful boy Jasper. He was one of the two original guinea pigs who stole my heart and turned me into a "crazy guinea pig lady"!
Here is my boy Nelson, who we got along with Jasper. He is the most easy-going, gentle wee boy.
Here is the gorgeous Elvis, he came to us with his buddy George, however he did not really get on with him and since meeting our rabbits he has decided he is actually a rabbit, not a guinea pig, and prefers their company.
Here is our George, a.k.a wee Georgy Porgy. Also such a sweet and easy-going wee guy who fell in love with Jasper and follows him everywhere, so since arriving he now lives in a very happy trio with Jasper and Nelson.
The first of our girls, Teddi is just a bundle of love and fur. Loves to be picked up and cuddled.
Our beautiful Hayley is quite a timid wee soul and tends to love her mummy the best.
Summer is one of our newest baby girls, and is still learning to trust people. When it comes to picking her up, she could give the Roadrunner a run for his money
Here is the baby of the bunch, wee Sammy. She was so tiny when we got her that I was worried we might lose her, however she has gotten through it. All of our girls live happily together as a bunch.

And here are the other members of our family:
From left to right, here are Amber, April and Bear.
Amber is the nervous one.
April is the mummy and cleans everyone constantly including all the guinea pigs so that everybody is spick & span.
Bear was our first rabbit who was adopted. He has no front teeth and needs some extra love and attention - and regular trips to the vet.
Here is the newest addition to the family, little Bella. She is a cross between a Maltese and a Chihuahua which they call a Malchi. She is very curious about all of these strange family members she seems to keep meeting. All of the guinea pigs have taken to her well, however the same cannot be said for Bear and his girlfriends who are not yet quite sure what she is. However like everybody in our household they will get used to her.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All of the animals (and humans) live in the house and have access to the entire house which means they have a lot of room to run and play. It makes for a lot of noise and mayhem but I wouldn't want it any other way.
