Aww she reminds me a bit of the blonde one in Charlie's angels, all the flicky hair, erm I mean the original series from the 70's not the films.

I was always the dark haired one from Charlie's angels when I was out larking, I always wanted to be the blonde one though.:)
 
She is just one beautiful piggy isn't she? A lot of grooming must need to be done daily though.....

Ha ha SlackAlice2k!! I used to be the dark haired one from Cagney and Lacey when my friend and I were playing outside - or Wonder Woman!! Loved her outfit....!
 
oh I love how glam looking she is- she actually looks like her piggy slave should be feeding her while she lies back on a cushion!
 
It's so hard to imagine that Caron and the whole lot of the Lymington piggies were advertised as life snake food in the freeads last summer...

Caron and her mates came from a breeder who was dropped by the pet shop they bred for and who was left with a large number of piggies they needed to get rid of asap.

All piggies, irrespective of age and gender, had been dumped together in one rat and mice infested shed when they were rescued. The piggies were all severely traumatised. Many of the already pregnant sows had very problematic births with most of the babies dying and at least one boy (who incidentall looked like Caron) and must have been a very close relative) had an infested rat bite and later died from an infection despite receiving the most dedicated care.

Caron was lucky that she turned out not to be pregnant, but her glamorous looks have come at a far too high price. However, it is so great to see her as relaxed and happy as she is now!
 
oh that's so, so sad, I can't believe people can treat live animals in that way:...bet she couldn't believe her luck when she got her own palace in your house!
 
She's a beautiful girl, I always find it amazing at how fast piggies can actually 'shovel' food into their mouths and not stop eating until its all gone especially the coriander and parsley.

Aww she looks so glam and her trick is pretty snazzy too. My piggies hoover up corriander too, they love the stuff.

As far as I know, it was a concerted action by several rescues. There were too many piggies for one rescue to cope, so they have been spread around all over the south and as far up North as Doncaster with the worst cases going to the most experienced rescues/sanctuaries. Caron ended up with five other potentially pregnant sows in Honeybunnies in Leicester, one of whom had a baby. A few other forum members have rehomed Lymington piggies from other rescues.
 
She should be entered into the talent show! :)) OMG! You know what we should do? - have a piggy talent show and vote for the most talented piggy! :))
