Evening to you all! I just bought some carrots with lovely greenage but can the piggies eat this? If so, how rich in calcium is it? I always try to be careful with that. Thank you :)

It is apparently quite high in calcium, as long as you're not feeding huge amounts you should be fine though, I usually give 2-3 carrots worth of greens to each pig.

It is quite high in calcium, so if you have a badder piggy then you might want to limit them.
But all my lot squeal the place down for them!

Thanks for your comments. I will look forward to giving them some for their breakfast tomorrow. I don't know why I get excited about trying them with new things. I don't have a bladder pig but I do try to be a bit careful when it comes to calcium rich foods so it's good to know that it's not something I should feed too regularly.
