Casran Play Or Rest

Casran likes to play this game where I put a towel down and he runs into it and pokes his head out at a certain edge and I'm meant to lift the edge up and he turns around and runs back in then pokes his head out somewhere else.

We've been having a mad half hour of playing it on the sofa but it's made his snotty breathing worse.

Now I feel bad.

Should I try and encourage him to rest rather than run around?

oh bless him, he certainly sounds like a fighter. I have no experience of URI's so have no clue whether he should be playing or not but in all fairness piggies tend to know when to rest when they are poorly so maybe he is feeling ok

I'd vote for rest, at least until someone more experienced recommends otherwise, just to be on the cautious side.
Don't want to put a strain on his heart.

He is quieter than usual to be fair. I'll try and keep games to a minimum.
