:'( I was just reading a thing on the internet were a person said there cat was run over and died instantly, They asked if it would be ok to feed the cat to there kids. I dont think thats right! :'(

thats not right at all i have a cat andi wouldnt even htink abouthat if that happen to my cat

One of my cats recently had to be put down, idefinatly wouldnt dream of doing that!

I'm not sure any of us want to see, but you didn't include a link either way.

I'm sorry i am gonna laugh, surly you don't you mean Human children being fed a dead cat.......

When I was small my dad brought home a rabbit he had run over for us to eat :o Mum soon told him where to go! ::) But a cat, that is just wrong, it was their pet! Pets are like family members :(

Some people are even giving him ideas of how to go about it! I would have replied, but I'm afraid of what I would have said, as I probably would have just let loose on how gross and wrong it was. Poor cat, he/she obviously didn't have a love filled life if he's thinking of eating it. He referred to it as 'recycling.' Nasty.

Someone is pulling your leg nobody would do this and after posting it on the internet I'm sure there health officials would step in ....... they just wouldn't allow that to be fed to kids...

them

they have no problem eating dogs and cats in China and they just love roast guineapig in Peru.

don't know where that person was from who wanted to eat their cat but some nationalities have totally different attitudes towards animals than us Brits.

some should say to her. "when you die can we eat you?" i think she'd get the message then.

thats horrible! i would never eat family pet! the only meat i eat is chicken anyway but if it was my pet chicken o wouldnt eat it! and I'm sue the kids wouldnt be too happy either!

But buy the time she has got all the answers to her question and answer poll the cat probable will have gone off!. Honestly the mentality of some people, what she saves in meat cost, she will have to pay out on medical bills/antibiotics, what would a cat be one meal!!

Apparently the way they cook guinea pig actually makes it taste really bad. XD According to a friend of mine, who tried it in Peru, and was sadly unimpressed.

Meat is meat - animals are animals.

Different countries have different views on different animals. Eating a cow is no different to eating a dog or a guinea pig, in my opinion. The majority of animals can be domesticated. Afterall, they eat wild guinea pigs, not the guinea pigs we know which are a result of years of breeding and domestication.

But eating your own cat?

That's a bit different. XD Eating rabbit when you own rabbits is one thing, but eating a rabbit you've cared for and handled when it dies? That sort of thing, y'know.

I wouldn't want to eat something that I know personally.

well i am a vegetarian and don't eat any animals 0:)

any other veggies here?
