I recently had to take my boy Oats to Simon to have him put to sleep. Broke my heart, he was one of my rescue pigs and had a lovely life with Porridge in half of my living room. He was prone to a urinary infection and often caused me concern but mostly joy. He was my chin rubbing lovely who liked a cuddle.

I am so grateful to Simon, this is my first occasion of doing this and he was quick, sympathetic and caring. I recieved a most beautiful card a few days later from the Cat & Rabbit Care Clinic which was very touching. I sent them a thank you, it's a tough time and I hope I am as nice a person to others who suffer loss.

My thanks to Debbie at the Excellent Adventure Sanctuary for introducing me to them.

Regards,
Debbie P

I'm so sorry for your loss. Am glad Simon made it easier for you. I agree that the care at the Cat and Rabbit clinic is wonderful.

So sorry for your loss. The Cat and Rabbit Clinic is indeed a wonderful place. I just wish it wasn't nearly a 3 hour drive to get there though. I'm so grateful for this forum otherwise I'd never have known about them.

I'm also in Milton Keynes and very happy the Cat and Rabbit is only 30/40min away.

Alexander developed a huge lump on this throat last week and was in on Wednesday to have it removed. It was impacting on his breathing so he was a sad, poorly boy. Simon and Kim did wonders. It was my 7th surgery with them for my pigs, all in the space of a year and a half and I'm grateful they were them. Some were complicated.
